Q: How do I register on E Cube Careers?

A: If you are a first-time user, simply click on the Register button on the homepage. Enter your basic details, then complete your profile by adding your skills, education, and experience. After registration, you will receive a password that you can use for all future logins.

Q: Can employers register for free?

A: Yes. Employers and headhunters can register and search for talent without any registration fee.

Q: What kind of jobs are available on your platform?

A: We list openings across multiple industries including hospitality, healthcare, logistics, education, IT, administration, construction, engineering, retail, and more. New opportunities are added regularly.

Q: How does employer search work?

A: Employers can search for candidates based on skills, experience, location, job role, and industry. When an employer selects a candidate, our team contacts the candidate directly for the next steps.

Q: Will I get job recommendations automatically?

A: Yes. Based on your profile, skills, and experience, you will receive job recommendations and notifications in your dashboard.

Q: How do I update my profile later?

A: You can log in anytime using your password and go to Profile Settings to update your skills, experience, education, or any other details.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. You will receive a reset link or password on your registered email/phone.

Q: Can employers see my phone number and email directly?

A: No. Your personal details remain hidden until you are shortlisted. Only our team will contact you initially, ensuring full privacy.

Q: Are my details and credentials safe on your platform?

A: Absolutely. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. Once you join our platform, we follow a strict privacy policy that ensures all your personal information remains safe, confidential, and used only for job-matching purposes.

Q: How do I search for jobs?

A: After creating your profile, you can search for jobs that match your industry. You will also receive job updates directly in your notification area. If an employer selects your profile during their search, our office will contact you for the next steps.

Q: Will my current employer know that I am searching for jobs?

A: Never. Our platform is designed with complete confidentiality. Your profile will not appear in your present employer’s search results, and they will never know that you are exploring new opportunities.

Q: What is the activation plan and why is it needed?

A: Activation helps highlight your profile and makes it eligible to appear in premium employer searches. Activated profiles get higher visibility and better chances of being selected.

Q: How do I activate my profile?

A: To get noticed by employers and appear in their head-hunting search results, you must activate your profile. Simply click the Activate button in your account, choose one of the available plans, and complete the payment to activate your profile.

Q: How long is my profile active after payment?

A: Each activation plan has a specific validity, which will be visible before you make the payment. You can renew it anytime.

Q: Is there any commission fee when I get a job through this platform?

A: Yes. As clearly explained in our Terms & Conditions, the commission is:

25% from the employee, and
50% from the employer,
both calculated from the first month’s salary.

Q: Do you offer support if I face issues with registration or login?

A: Yes. You can contact our customer support team through phone, email, or WhatsApp. We are always ready to assist you.

Q: Are there any hidden charges apart from the commission?

A: No. Everything is clearly mentioned in our Terms & Conditions. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Q: Do you offer jobs outside Kerala?

A: Yes. As we expand beyond Kochi, you will find job opportunities across multiple states in India.

Q: Can employers contact candidates directly?

A: No. To protect jobseekers, employers cannot contact candidates directly. Our team manages the communication initially to ensure privacy and security.

Q: How do I know if my profile is shortlisted?

A: You will receive a notification on your dashboard, and our office will contact you through phone or email.

Q: Can I deactivate or delete my account anytime?

A: Yes. You can request account deactivation or deletion through Account Settings or by contacting our support team.
