Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of E Cube Career Solutions ("Company", "We", "Our", "Platform").

By making any payment for premium services or subscriptions, you agree to this Refund Policy.

This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other applicable Indian laws.


1. Free & Paid Services

1.1 Free Registration

Basic registration on the platform is free of cost.

1.2 Premium Services

Certain advanced features, priority services, recruitment assistance, and subscription plans are paid services.

  • Full acceptance of service terms
  • Legally binding electronic contract under Section 10A of the IT Act, 2000

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All subscription fees and service charges are Final, Non-Cancellable, Non-Transferable, Non-Adjustable, and Non-Refundable.

No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances including:

  • Non-selection by employer
  • Failure to secure employment
  • Dissatisfaction with job offers
  • Change of mind
  • Voluntary cancellation
  • Delay in hiring process
  • Employer not responding
  • Profile not shortlisted
  • Technical issues not attributable to the Company
  • Account suspension due to policy violation

Once payment is successfully processed, it shall be deemed fully earned.

3. No Guarantee of Job Placement

E Cube Career Solutions is strictly a recruitment facilitator and does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Interview calls
  • Salary levels
  • Hiring timelines

Payment is for access to premium services, not guaranteed employment.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Users must not initiate unjustified chargebacks.
  • Valid transactions must not be disputed after availing services.

If fraudulent chargeback attempts occur, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend account access
  • Initiate legal recovery proceedings
  • Claim damages and legal costs

5. Duplicate Payment Exception

Refund may be considered only in the case of a proven duplicate transaction for the same service due to payment gateway error.

Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction with valid proof. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.

6. Fraudulent or Misleading Information

If a user provides false information, violates platform policies, or engages in fraudulent conduct:

No refund shall be granted and services may be terminated immediately.

7. Technical Errors

In case of technical failure solely attributable to the Company preventing access to paid services:

  • The Company may extend subscription validity at its discretion.
  • Monetary refund shall not be mandatory unless legally required.

8. Legal Enforcement

Any misuse or fraudulent activity may attract legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 including:

  • Section 43 – Unauthorized access/damage
  • Section 66 – Computer-related offences
  • Section 66D – Cheating by personation

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to payments and refunds shall be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration Clause in the Terms & Conditions.

The seat of arbitration shall be Ernakulam, Kerala.

10. Acknowledgment

By making payment for premium services, the user confirms that:

  • They have read this Refund Policy
  • They understand the strict no-refund nature
  • They voluntarily agree to the terms
