Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by E Cube Career Solutions ("Company", "We", "Our", "Platform").

By accessing, registering, subscribing, or using our services (whether free or paid), you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Applicable Data Protection and Cyber Laws in India
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

1. Legal Recognition of Electronic Agreement

In accordance with Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Validity of Electronic Contracts), users acknowledge that online registration, digital acceptance, electronic communication, and online payments constitute a legally binding contract.

  • Section 4 – Legal recognition of electronic records
  • Section 5 – Legal recognition of electronic signatures

2. Nature of Services

E Cube Career Solutions acts strictly as an intermediary platform facilitating contact between employers and job seekers.

  • Does not guarantee job placement.
  • Does not guarantee candidate selection.
  • Does not participate in employment contracts.
  • Is not responsible for salary negotiation or termination matters.

The Company shall not be deemed an employer, agent, joint employer, or legal representative of either party.

3. Registration & Payment Terms

Free Registration

Basic registration is free.

Premium Services
  • Certain features and subscriptions are paid services.
  • Payments must be made through lawful digital methods.
  • Transaction confirmation constitutes binding acceptance.
No Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final, non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Non-selection by employer
  • Failure to secure job
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Voluntary cancellation
  • Change of mind

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Data is collected strictly for recruitment purposes and processed in compliance with Section 43A and Reasonable Security Practices Rules under the IT Act.

  • We do not disclose data to unauthorized third parties.
  • Data shared with employers is subject to employer handling.
  • Absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed.

5. Accuracy of Information

Candidates and employers warrant that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.

  • Fake certificates
  • False qualifications
  • Misrepresentation of identity
Providing false information may result in immediate termination, permanent blacklisting, and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Employment decisions
  • Workplace disputes
  • Salary disputes
  • Financial losses
  • Reputational damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid.

7. Cyber Offences & Legal Consequences

Misuse including unauthorized access, data theft, impersonation, or hacking will attract legal action under:

  • Section 43 – Damage to computer systems
  • Section 66 – Computer-related offences
  • Section 66C – Identity theft
  • Section 66D – Cheating by personation
  • Section 72 – Breach of confidentiality

8. Indemnity Clause

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, legal costs, and penalties arising from misuse or violations.

9. Complaints & Grievance Redressal

Complaints must be reported through official communication channels. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine grievances.

10. Termination Rights

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
  • Remove suspicious profiles
  • Deny access in case of misuse

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the services, users confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accept this Agreement and its electronic validity.
